Girls Social Mobility
"EmpowerHer Future" is an innovative career & financial literacy program that supports disadvantaged female students aged 16-18, which is a critical period influencing 80% of life’s outcomes.
Focused on building self-confidence and a positive attitude towards money, the program integrates role model insights, immersive career and money management workshops, activity-driven learning and practical work experiences.
This comprehensive approach empowers girls to navigate career paths and financial choices knowledgeably, ensuring a fairer start in life.
